Puddle Wonderful

....and its Spring when the world is mud luscious.

Oh e.e. cummings I love you.

And if you are the sort of genius who remembers this whole poem then to you I will say,

not all lame, queer goat-footed balloon men are ill- intentioned.

by the way, How has Spring found you? or has it found you yet?

  3. This is lovely, Amy! Yes, Spring has FINALLY arrived in the midwest! It has been a very long winter here. In fact I had just posted about it on my blog a few days ago.

I didn't realize that the weather in Japan was so similar to the US's seasons.

  4. Had you asked yesterday, I would have said spring has arrived here in northern Canada. But we did see snow flurries this afternoon. All in good time.

  6. Phyllis,
It seems like where we are, the seasons are hitting a little before the mid-west. Not that I mind because it was still a long time coming.

I am checking out your blog :)

  7. Well Tom,
I am sorry. I looked out my window this morning and it looked like it was snowing, but it turned out to be cherry blossoms.
    all in good time :)

  8. Hi Amy! My 9 year-old daughter and I are desperately in love with your work, and especially love The Dog Who Belonged to No One. She would love to share a illustration that she did based on that little guy. Would you be willing to share an email so that we can send it to you, or is there another way to do it? She is "selling" an assortment of cards and other crafts that she created at a fundraiser for the local SPCA (we are also in PA, in Chester County) in two weeks, and giving all proceeds to the SPCA. We'd love to share! Thank you for sharing your amazing talent - Maia and Katherine
